WOW Balloons did the sweetest backdrop balloon arch for my baby shower in November. I sent them photos of the invitation and the backdrop and they absolutely understood the vision! They were communicative about colors and arrived exactly on time to the event - they set up the arch super quickly and it was so durable! We were able to take the balloons home with us and reuse them for a smaller event a few weeks later. Definitely recommend this company!
Wow, just wow. The customer service was outstanding, and the final balloon decorations were exactly what I was looking for. I was so pleased with the service I received from this business. They went above and beyond to help me find the perfect decorations to fit my budget and I was very impressed with the quality of the product I received. Sacha was exceptionally helpful and patient. I also appreciated the lady that came to set up ( I can’t remember her name 😥) but she was very sweet and nice. I will definitely keep them in my arsenal for future events. We deliver all throughout Dallas and nearby areas and don't mind traveling a bit further! Our delivery fee varies based on the location of your event. Installation fee depends on the size of the order and amount of decorations. We will be able to provide you with an exact quote as soon as we know the details of your order.
Frequently asked questions
The sooner the better. You can always make a last minute order if we are available for your date, but an extra fee may apply. Give us at least one to two weeks before your event to make sure that everything will be exactly the way you want.
Yes, you definitely can. Keep
in mind that only inflated
balloons are available for a
pick up. Some designs are way
too big to be picked up, so
they are only sold with a
delivery.

and we provide our services
mostly in Dallas and nearby
areas.
Such areas as Dallas, Arlington,
Plano, Irving, Garland, Grand Prairie,
McKinney, Frisco, Mesquite, Carrollton,
Denton, Richardson, Lewisville,
Hurst, Keller, Allen, Mansfield,
etc. Give us a call to find out
the delivery fee for your area.
Delivery fee usually starts at
$49.99 and depends on the
distance.
The installation fee is free for
simple constructions such as balloon
bouquets but will apply to arches
and backdrops. Usually runs from
$49.99 – $149.99 but may be higher,
depending on the amount of decorations.
A late/early fee of
$100 will apply if decorations
are supposed to be brought before
9 am and after 8 pm. Last minute
orders (within 3 days from event
date) will be charged a rush fee
determined individually.
Yes! You can book your appointment over the phone and meet us at our office. We will gladly show you some samples and offer customize your event to perfection! It is much easier to discuss every little thing about your event in person and provide you with the best experience possible!
