WOW Balloons did the sweetest backdrop balloon arch for my baby shower in November. I sent them photos of the invitation and the backdrop and they absolutely understood the vision! They were communicative about colors and arrived exactly on time to the event - they set up the arch super quickly and it was so durable! We were able to take the balloons home with us and reuse them for a smaller event a few weeks later. Definitely recommend this company!

Convenient Monday-Friday pick-up is also available from our
Irving office.
We deliver and professionally install throughout Dallas, Irving, Plano, Frisco, Arlington, and all nearby DFW areas. Our delivery fee varies based on your event location within the metroplex. Installation fees depend on the size and complexity of your balloon decorations. We'll provide an exact quote as soon as we know your Dallas area event details.

The sooner the better. You can always make a last minute order if we are available for your date, but an extra fee may apply. Give us at least one to two weeks before your event to make sure that everything will be exactly the way you want.
Yes, you definitely can pick up from our Irving office! Keep in mind that only inflated balloons are available for pickup. Some large designs are too big for pickup and are only available with Dallas area delivery.

We service Dallas, Arlington, Plano, Irving, Garland, Grand Prairie, McKinney, Frisco, Mesquite, Carrollton, Denton, Richardson, Lewisville, Hurst, Keller, Allen, Mansfield, and surrounding DFW areas. Call us to get your specific delivery fee quote.
Dallas area delivery fees start at $49.99 and depend on distance from Irving.
Installation is free for simple constructions like balloon bouquets but applies to arches and backdrops. Usually $49.99 – $149.99 but may be higher depending on decoration complexity.
Early/late fee of $100 applies for DFW deliveries before 9 AM or after 8 PM. Last-minute orders (within 3 days) incur a rush fee determined individually.
